No, not if you're in the United States. Plus why would you? It would cost more to repair this drone than to just buy another.
Also for EVERYONE.. you need to take the free TRUST safety test. You are required to have it with you while flying in the United States. Don't just throw this drone in the air without knowing what you're doing. This includes every drone regardless of it's weight.
Thoughts on this deal with this controller? I would really like to use the DJI RC remote and not have to use a phone, so not sure if I should wait for a deal with that included.

The DJI app is excellent and works well with this controller. I've flown countless times with this controller over the years without issue. For this price and model you do not need a dedicated screen built into the controller. Your phone will be just fine, though I'm not a big fan of having to side load the app from the DJI website. DJI apps are NOT available in the app store and the the DJI FLY app will have to be side loaded from their Chinese hosted company website.

I'd personally just wait until Trump/US gives up on tariff nonsense and these are available everywhere again, by good retailers, not some third party seller on Amazon.

They are sold right now from Adorama, Best Buy, etc. You can get them pretty much whenever for the past month+.My bigger concern is the DJI ban that will happen by Dec 23rd if a security audit isn't conducted. There's mixed messages on drones bought before the ban and if their radio frequencies will be blocked or not.. We shall see.

Is there any other proven drone company besides DJI that sells in US? Not only on Aliexpress or something.
Apparently Adorama has the regular drone for $369 and the fly more combo for $547. Wonder if these amazon sellers are even shipping from US.

Skydio (USA) or Parrot (France) are examples of ones that aren't affected. There's a few other USA ones, but they are commercial/business focused and very expensive.
There are a variety of DJI shell companies selling though like.. Skyrover. To my knowledge this also uses the same DJI radio. Link below..https://a.co/d/2ZVdDOvAlso
Costco has a drone in-store from Potensic (Atom 2). You can catch a refurbished deal on that on their eBay direct from the supplier. There's links here on Slickdeals if you use the search box.
Just a FYI ... supposedly DJI drones bought before Dec 23 will still be able to fly, but we really don't know what will happen after that. I keep up on this and have yet to see anything official that's been set in stone.

Do you mean not available in the Android App Store? Because I do see DJI Fly in the iPhone App Store.
