I'm not tech savvy enough to know why, unless it's maybe people using vpn's while on wifi and those proxy servers are blocked for this site.
Otherwise, it looks like this company is just a general pain to deal with and get your cards from.

I've bought several from my local Safeway/Albertsons when they have a promo (they actually have one running rn on these for $25 off your next shopping order when you buy $150+ in them or other gcs, so a bit better than this deal if you are going to buy groceries anyway)
Anyway, never an issue. You can exchange it for just about any big name chain restaurant or retailer you can think of (except Amazon, Walmart, Target). I bought a bunch and converted them to ebay gift cards to buy new tires recently. I also use them to exchange for Petsmart gcs. Pretty sure you can use them for things like Netflix too.
For some reason, if you want to redeem for a gift card with an odd amount on it (eg. $20.49), you have to go through a phone browser vs. a PC. but that's the only 'flaw' I've noticed.
