I bought these. I like em better than the name brand. At least the cherry. I haven't tried any other flavor.

whatever you do don't toast them in the "foil" sleeve they come in nor use it as a holder to put the hot Pop-Tarts in after you toast them - the sleeve is actually not all foil but plastic as well and will melt on your Pop-Tart in either case.

Is this something you seriously need to warn people not to do????? I suppose with todays education system the answer is probably yes

Well, at least that's a mistake that only gets made once.
Now I feel like I should warn you: don't keep pizza warm in the oven within its cardboard box, unless you want your pizza to have a distinct cardboard taste.

i warned people because I got fooled and thought the foil was all aluminum because it sounded exactly like aluminum foil when disrupted and I could not see or feel any plastic on it. the plastic in it is like ultra thin and totally unnoticeable..like almost sprayed on to micron thickness. just thought i would warn others if i got fooled (im not easily fooled).

I am traveling next week for a marathon, so I am taking along a similar product in order to carb load during my travels. Pop tarts are often used by marathoners for a pre-run meal.

Red 40, pass. No reason for artificial dyes when you have beet root and other vegetable colorings.
