It's legit, it's based out of Australia. Not all countries require the prescriptions, but in my experience ordering from these online retailers, they ask for it if required after the order.

If you don't know, these can be jailbroken to open up Bi PAP, ASV and other capabilities.

And DME companies try to make me pay my remaining ~$300 deductible then rent the machine to me at ~$50/month for 13 months stretching into next years deductible at the behest of my insurance company that thinks I won't use it despite being verifiably 100% compliant for 10 years.

Hopefully this company is legit because the current system is a scam.

The only thing I use insurance for is the supplies. I bought an AirSense a couple years ago around Black Friday and just had my PCP do a prescription. The renting of these machines is a total scam unless you have a great health plan which is rare these days.
Looks like this machine has cellular and heated tubing which mine never had. Good deal.

I am using Airsense 11, I heard from other user like they wake up energetic but that is not true in my case, have been using for an year now. I have my next visit in Jan and waiting for it. I am curious how can I insert memory card into the machine? I would definitely want to read it with AI help than these doctors. Appreciate your response with steps or any videos you came across.
I would watch this video as he explains it better than I can (it's only a few minutes): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gTqW_Q1SNA

It took me a long time to get adjusted to cpap. In fact, I gave up the 1st time after trying for like 7 or 8 months. Some people adapt much quicker than others. I tried several different masks along the way and ended up sticking with the P30i and taught myself to breathe through my nose (I was a mouth breather). One thing I learned, while this generally is not the case with medical related stuff, is that there are people online that were more knowledgeable about apnea than the doctors I went to. I'd highly recommend looking up and interacting with people in the Cpap forums. They are extremely helpful and eager to help.

Yes there is ApneaBoard and CpapTalk. Download OSCAR and get your data off the SD Card to post results. Make the adjustments manually! Anyone that struggles with sleep apnea after having a sleep study or even thinks they have a remote chance of issues stick with the CPAP. It's a gold standard, most just have bad time experimenting with their machine settings adn masks.

I've been looking for a good deal on the Airsense 10, which is what I've been using for decades now even though I should have replaced it long ago. Do I just swap the card in it from the old one to the new one?
Card just records your sleep events/data through night. If you get a new one you just need to adjust settings like your last machine.

BFriday is coming up, wouldn't be surprised to find way more deals on the Airsense 10 or 11.

I replaced my AirSense10 blower with one from AliExp. There are YT videos on what needs to be done. Straight forward. Also, it allows you to wash everything inside. Make sure you are cleaning everything as mold can make you sick.
Link please on blower motor?

I just got a sleep study done and have been asked to move from CPAP to BiPAP or perhaps ASV. If I can jailbreak this, it will save me $1000+. However, do you know if my doctor's office will support a jailbroken machine? Will they have the same controls as a BIPAP or ASV machine?

Also, how do I learn more about the jailbreaking steps?

TIA.

I like the idea of one of these from a biohacking / optimization point of view - I see people saying they've used the 10 for a long time, and the 11 is even a few years old - is there a newer "better" model ?

The deal is still alive. The code is different but will automatically apply when you hit "promo code" or similar button inside the app.

I have major sleep apnea and have been using one for 6 months. A major improvement, although a little uncomfortable because I like to move a lot. I tried sleeping without the CPAP on days off, and I can instantly hear my snoring and groggling air gasps come back.
I'm sure you've tried all sorts of masks... but just in case, I want to share as I had the same issue that I move around a lot in my sleep.. after trying multiple masks, I ended up using the P30i. If you are a big mover in your sleep, I would suggest trying a mask (if you haven't) where the tube attaches to the top of the mask and can rotate with you when you twist and turn while sleeping. I also have a mount on top of my headboard where I put the tube through. I don't remember the exact one I have, but it is similar to this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09HR4LF2W

Having the tube coming from the center of the headboard really helped with my moving around issue and mitigating any stress I would put on the tube.

The link and seller no longer hit anything.
The cost with shipping was $114-ish.
"resmed s9\s10 motor" was the item title in my order history.

Kinda in the same boat as you. Have had all types of issues since going on the Airsense 11 about 6 months ago which eventually just led me to give up on it. I usually wake up feeling like I'm suffocating on it. I've honestly had better sleep by finding a sleep apnea pillow that helps me stay asleep.
Just had a follow up sleep study and now they're recommending a Bipap machine, Resmed Aircurve 10. Of course insurance forces you to break the payment out over 4 months so it will hit my deductible next year. Overall it's been a real pain. I got the CPAP because I wasn't sleeping well, but now I can't sleep good but the sleep I get my breathing is better. Maybe the BiPap will be a better experience.

If all goes well I'll have a gently used (guessing a few hundred hours if that) Airsense 11 that I need to sell here shortly.
