For the F1 Collectible Race Cars, 6 Pack... I purchased 2 of them, both had the same 6 cars. Did I just get unlucky? I thought they were random. I'm hesitant to buy a 3rd box fearing I'll get the same 6 again

There are two different box sets with the same set of cars. The bottom has the ID number to determine which set. An unlucky draw.

Why gamble for a specific not-even-a-Minifigure, when you could have put the original cost toward the larger Speed Champions releases of these same F1 cars? No one wants these.

Search online there are apps and websites where you can scan the UPC and know which car is in the pack. You can go to the store and scan them to get the entire set at once, no random draws.

I bought a set on ebay of all 12 for like $50 when they were released, then wanted a few duplicates and did the above as i didnt know it was possible at the time.

omgbricks is an app with this functionality as an example. it works for all of these types of mystery packs
