After clicking the link to activate the promo, and then being on the payment page i was able to increase the item quantity and the discount still showed up. I only increased the quantity to 3 but it still kept the discount per item. It may let you go higher but idk.

Its possible i got the only/last one for sale, but probably not likely.

Also i bought this to test out ease of use. Earlier this year i got a USB phone based one for $20ish for a car repair, and while it was eventually, technically functional, the required app was a PIA.
