Just got mine in today. Build quality is ok. Everything's rounded on the case so it feels ok in your pocket. Hinge is snappy, nice big sync button, usb c with yellow colored pins. I personally get a good seal with the largest ear tips included. Don't know about the battery yet as I just got them. I am not a fan of using Bluetooth for phone calls so I can't speak to that either. But...
Out of the box the sound quality is pretty bad. I am by no means an audiophile (I appreciate bass boost), but these things have finally shown me such a thing as too much bass. These sound like speakers that have had a fork stabbed in the tweeters. Dialogue on Youtube videos is unpleasant but listenable for the length of your average video. I would not want to listen to an entire podcast on these. You can get them to sound ok in Spotify by adjusting the EQ. "Bass Reducer " preset isn't enough, but a huge improvement. I had to go to "Treble Booster" and then had to literally bottom out the 60Hz slider. Still a little muffled though. DJ Magic Mike tracks sound great though.
These are only $10 though and at that price I think these are totally fine for listening to music or anything with EQ controls. If I had paid the full $20 I would be seriously considering sending them back and putting that money towards some of the better options at the $30-$50 range.
