In the same vein, I've ordered stuff "from Ebay" and ended up with reboxed Amazon returns on items claimed to be "new in box". If you're hunting deals, you're going to run into some shady shit now and then, but it comes down to individual sellers.
Anyway, there are plenty of reputable AliExpress sellers that are worth buying from via AliExpress because it's the cheapest option for low quantity, no MOQ orders (and without having to use a translator and a shopping agent) from the related company or from a trading group exporting specific things... but that's just it, it's a marketplace, not a store itself. I wouldn't buy from this deal personally and expect to have anything fixed if anything went wrong: the seller is from June this year. From the reviews it looks like if you buy this (and it all arrives) you're getting that super thin "bend it with your hands" $32 worth of shelving.
It's possible to shop safely and conveniently on AliExpress, but best to know what you're getting and who you're getting it from before just ordering stuff because the price is low.
