Good price, but Arlo is just a garbage product.

Please research the issues with lag, support and reliability.

I own a few of their products and have done research. I have cameras set up with solar panels and I've been impressed with the image quality and not having to recharge the batteries. I think support was an issue but in the last year they have made several improvements that make it easier to reach a support person and have been more proactive with recommending fixes. Lag, totally agree! They need to correct that. Every product has issues.

I agree, image quality is actually very good. Battery life for me also has been very good. However the lag, and issues with the app, really affects usability and makes the images and battery life a moot point.
Even with symmetrical 8GB fiber and multiple repeaters, it would sometimes take 30 seconds or more to connect and often just fail outright when viewing a video.
