He's not 'faking things up'. I encountered the same exact issue. Took 24 hours to respond, just to find out it will take up to 48 hours to get a label so I can ship them back. Hopefully they can ship me what I purchased, but even that looks like it isn't a done deal. Hopefully this was all an honest but really dumb mistake, their offerings look good otherwise.

So I noticed the orange sticker that came on my phone box had MMY23LL/A (the SE3 ID) printed at the top so, yeah, someone mixed stock up. Maybe take pictures of it all before you send it back just to cya

Battery life was booty, but its the last good small phone out there. 64gb was a challenge, but forced me to utilize cloud and my NAS. Switched back to Android though.

I love these phones and use a few, waiting for sub 75 deal on one even carrier locked one so I can cannibalized it for a screen lol.
