Simply put, the 55S551G has better hardware. Per TCL's spec sheets, it has:

HDR10+ support (F35 doesn't have it)
Brighter "High Brightness" LED backlight vs the F35's standard backlight
DTS Virtual:X + DTS:X audio, on top of Dolby Atmos
Ethernet port (F35 has no wired network option)
Bluetooth 5.2 (F35 is 5.0)
Full Chromecast + AirPlay casting vs AirPlay-only on the F35

So the difference isn't just Google vs. Fire. The Target model has meaningfully better HDR compatibility, audio processing, connectivity, and casting support.

Specs from TCL so you don't have to take my word for it:

55S551G [tcl.com] (Target model)
55F35 [tcl.com] (Best Buy model)

From what I believe (or claim to know) Hisense, TCL, Sharp are all made by the same manufacturer i.e Hisense.
