Ported out to Tello and waited less than 5 min. Whole port out/port in Visible to Tello to Visible took less than an hour.

I did this a month ago and used Amex offer and visible referral to get it down to $175 for the year. I was paying ATT $80/mo for an old grandfathered unlimited plan with hbo max that was hard to part with. But with everything so expensive lately the $80 bill was necessary to eliminate. It's so nice to not have a cell bill for a year. It paid for itself in about two months with ATT. Great if Verizon is decent where you are.

Oh and the included cellular Apple Watch plan, although it was a big pain to activate is a nice bonus to be included. ATT wanted $20/mo for that, I would never pay that much. Free has a nice ring to it though.

I have more than 20 days left on my current plan to expire. I am looking to start the port-in process after 15 days.
Should I go ahead and input the port-in details? It is not allowing me to purchase the annual plan without entering the port-in details.
Will the Visible complete the port-in process before 20 days? Super weird process! 😡😡😡

Yeah. I have never seen this process before. Visible is quite strange. If port-in, need to provide all the details right away and they might terminate my current plan next day. The only option is to wait for a week to reduce the damage.

So how does this work if I am a currently with Verizon with my iPhone, do I sign up for the Visible plan wait for the simm card to arrive then switch over? Will it be a pretty seamless transition?

No, but that's because I got chose new number and sim. When you choose to bring your number, are they asking for the port in info during check out regardless if you choose sim or esim?

My Mint plan will expire in January. I planned to get this offer now and request a SIM, wait one month to activate it (using new number in a spare device) and in January, swap to the other device (change to eSIM and port my Mint number). Would that work?
