The only thing I saw was is if you sign up and use pay later purchases with PayPal through 12/8 they are giving 20% cash back.

Yes it's how I got the Mini. Have you ever used Pay in 4 before? If not you may have to log into PayPal to set it up.

No, never used Pay in 4. I saved the offer and see it under my Rewards. How do I go about setting it up?

I've been using it for years. I don't recall how I initially set it up. Poke around in your PayPal account or Google "Pay in 4 PayPal" and see if there is a link to it.

None that I see. The pay in 4 just divides up the purchase into 4 payments. Every two weeks they take a payment from whatever method you have when you set it up.
