Cons: it's not great at vacuuming, it's okay on my non-carpeted floors. Run regularly, it does the job.
It does not have the corner cleaning functionality of higher end models. It does not have hot water to clean the mop pads or warm air drying. Still, I have experienced no issues with smells or anything else that indicates a problem or need for those features.
Pros:
I think it does a good job mopping. I don't have crazy needs as I don't have pets getting mud everywhere, but I love having floors mopped regularly without having to pull out an actual mop bucket or deal with the disposable mop pads.
Roborock seems reliable compared to alternatives. None of them really offer good customer support, so don't even really expect anything from warranties.
The iOS application is decent and people say it's much better than alternatives.
My goal is to get the most basic model that does what I need every few years and replace as needed. These aren't BIFL products. This product does what I want. This is also a very good price for it.
Tips:
Shark Vacmop multi surface cleaner seems to work well, just use a small amount in the clean water.
There are different things you can use in the dirty water container, I'm using efferdent for the moment. It's economical and seems to work.

Don't buy this. It may cause water damage to your wooden floor, because when it's washing the mops, it leaks to the floor. It may damage your floor or cause mold issue.

I had this same problem and was about to return it until I realized it was the solution I was using that caused it. After some time, run a cycle of water with acetic acid through it. Hopefully, I won't have this problem again later.

Interesting you say it's not great a vacuuming. I have a Roborock S6 MaxV that I've had for maybe 5 years now? Still works great after a couple of minor repairs, on hardwood, rugs and carpet. I honestly have no issues with it at all. And supposedly it has a suction power of 2500Pa. While this one is rated at 8,000Pa for comparison! Are my current carpets really that dirty?! Because they look and feel great.
The feature improvements over my current one are the reason to upgrade, but its hard to move on from something that works.
