Very good price for the 1Tb version even if you don't need it. I think this matches/beats last year's offer. Say what you will about Adobe and their business practices... their photo editing software is best in class. I hate that I keep coming back to PS/LR like some kind of junkie.

I don't know why Adobe refuses to make a "designer" package with Photoshop and illustrator but I can guess why. If someone is a hobbyist or freelance artist affinity offers most of what Adobe does for free.

That's how it's worked on all previous deals, but you never know with Adobe.

Based on my experience earlier this year, they no longer allow stacking. It'll create two subscriptions in parallel. You'd want to redeem the code after your current subscription expires.

Even if it's the exact same plan? I know last year's deal, I bought the same 1TB plan, added it to my account, and it stacked (extended out my plan). I know it didn't work if it was a different type of plan ie. 20GB to TB and vice versa.

That's not correct. As long as it's the same exact plan with the same storage size, it will stack. It will create two subscriptions in parallel if you try adding the 12-Month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography w/ 1TB to the 12-Month Adobe Creative Cloud Photography w/ 20GB plan, or vice versa. If you need to add a plan with a different storage amount, you need to cancel your existing plan (ideally right before it ends) and then add the new code then, before it expires (1 year from purchase). Or if there's overlap, you need to redeem the new code before it expires and cancel the original plan, and then you'll just be wasting some money.

I just checked my receipt from 11/21/24 and it was $89 last year so you are correct, unless I missed a better deal. But I feel you on the junkie part, I always look forward to to get my discounted subscription this time of the year too
