I never downloaded the app. They work fine. Noise cancelling surprisingly good. These are my go-to gym buds. In for another pair.

Need to download a chinese app that requires an excessive amout of permissions from your phone to use the functions or features. Without the app the earbuds are mediocre in sound quality.

Something to be aware of if you care about your privacy. If you havent noticed this brand has been shilled a lot as of late.

Is there a open source equivalent?

I have these. Great for the money. I never really knew what noise canceling was, but there's a significant difference when it's activated.

Anyone have experience with both, is the BS1 worth the higher price? Sound?

Literally just bought this 3 days back at $20. Will they honor the $2 now?

The BP1 Pro are on sale for $23.99 and come with a free 6ft USB-C 100w 5A charging cable. You have to add the cable to your cart separately but then at checkout a credit for the cable will automatically be applied.

How's this brand compared to Anker Soundcore and Tozo? Tozo has been really good for us. These seem to be in a similar price point.

is the BP1 NC better and noise cancellation (assuming that's what NC stands for), than the BP1 pro? I didn't like the BP1 pro much and the noise cancellation was weak, and the transparency mode wasn't good either. but if this one is much better and noise cancellation, I'd give them a try again.

The app constantly asks for permissions but still works fine if you ignore them.
