All time low since the original release sale for these sensors. IMO the best bang for your buck since they run on Zigbee and don't populate your wifi. They also have the 2 pack (22.99 - 11.49 each) and 4 pack available (43.99 - 10.99 each).

Have been $14 but Amazon raised price to $20 before BF to make it seem like a better deal than it is.

According to Keepa, these were $14 from 10/20-10/30 but, otherwise, $20 has been the regular price.

Given the newly announced Zigbee 4 standard, all Zigbee 3 devices should have a fire sale this season.

What's the upside of Zigbee 4?

I have a couple of these and they've been very reliable.

Looks like almost all of their Zigbee sensors are on sale right now:

Oh yeah, Zigbee 3 devices are very stable in my experience. Version 4 will be backward compatible.

From what I understand, devices can be activated in batches instead of individually (it may be one and done but is time consuming), without a hub, and range is increased.

Battery-powered devices will not get as much improvement. Still it will give Matter a good challenge, remains to be seen how devices will be priced.
