I got this TV earlier this year and I love it. It's like the better known Samsung Frame TVs for displaying art, but many reviews actually place it higher. I've watched the price for around a year and it's mostly $800 for the 55" size with regular drops to $700. This is the first time I've seen it go under $680.

After extensive research, we settled on this unit over The Frame and NXTVision. We were just hoping for more than $50 off. Same price at Best Buy. 🙂
We had a Samsung Frame (2022) and liked it a lot except for the OS, but then it died, just completely died, presumably one of the 2 power supplies. Cost for repair would be $200 just to get the tech out to look at it. Samsung agreed to cover any parts but not labor, after a very long convo, but we're just done, done with the TV and Samsung forever.
Long story slightly longer and then turned into a question: The tiny little fiber-optic cord that travels from the Samsung Frame to its OneConnect box instead of 5+ power and HDMI cords coming out of the TV itself (which would really spoil the point of these lifestyle TVs) was super slick. What do y'all do instead? Professional install to run all of the cords down inside the wall?

Our 55" 2022 Frame is also on its last legs. It's starting to delaminate and has a developed a garish vertical black shadow that spans from top to bottom. The OS has been slows since day 1 and never got better after multiple software updates. In fact if the OS experience wasn't so bad, I'd overlook the other problems for now. Overall will never buy another Samsung TV because of our experience so far. It's 100% garbage. Have the TCL NXTVISION that's supposed to show up. Got some hands on time with one at a local store and what immediately stood out was how much more superior the Google TV OS vs Tizen.
To answer your question, unless your wall is something special, I would just DIY the wall pass through for the chords. It's super easy and quick to do. I did that for the Frame so the One Connect unit is not going to be missed since all the cables will be hidden either way when my new TV comes in.
Just want to say that I have a Frame TV and I like it, but the OS is absolute trash. Like it's mind numbingly bad. I made a post on Reddit last year on how to get the TV to be dim when in art mode because they changed the setting to something called completely different hidden at the bottom in a weird spot, and someone comments to this day about every 3 days "omg thank you so much". I'll be looking at this or the TCL? one when mine eventually dies.
