DXO Once a year Black Friday Sale (expiration date not known).

Lifetime license with no subscriptions or hidden fees.

https://shop.dxo.com/en/

Photolab 9 $239 $199 ($99 Upgrade)

PureRaw 5 $130 $99 ($75 Upgrade)

FilmPack 8 $150 $130 ($80 Upgrade)

ViewPoint 5 $120 $60 ($55 Upgrade)

Nik Collection 8 $170 $140 ($85 Upgrade)

I use PureRAW and it's been a great program that is now indispensable for my purposes. I've read online that the software is discounted only once a year at Black Friday then it's back to regular price until next year. I've been watching the prices since the beginning of summer and that seems to be true. It still isn't "cheap" but it does exactly what I need.

The Photolab 9 is a Lightroom competitor without the Creative Cloud subscription. You bought it and you got it, no monthly fees (it also includes the capabilities of PureRaw).

Free 30 day trials are available to see if they meet your needs. The expiration date of the sale is not known, but it certainly will be over before the 30 days of the trial is up.... Snooze and lose.

Pretty decent deals. I compared this with the recurring lightroom/photoshop deals and tbh, adobe beats it. It's a lifetime license, but they make new versions every year, so you'll be paying the upgrade cost yearly which end up being about the same or more expensive than adobe.

In terms of the ai denoising stuff, lightroom and dxo trade blows, with one update from adobe beating dxo and then dxo coming back out on top the next month.

I'm running LR 5 and PS 6 and DXO PR4. I'm not into needing the latest and greatest bells and whistles since these are all working perfect for everything I need and I don't think subscriptions would be an advantage in my case.

I am getting an upgrade "deal" of $199. Maybe because I am still on PL6. Where I shall remain...
