OP, it isn't a good deal for me here in Texas. I usually pay $12.50 for a movie ticket. However, Perks at Work charges $12.50 plus a $1.99 fee, which makes it more expensive. I can also get a Cinemark card with a 20% discount from Costco.
Last or 23 BF they did two tickets for $10.

No, it is not. You can buy tickets from Perksatwork. For me, Cinemark tickets on Perksatwork cost $12.50 plus an additional $1.99 each. This takes $5 off the total price.

$5 dollars off $12.50 + $1.99 fee = $9.50 is still better than $12.50 with 20% discount = $10? This deal is still good for almost any other state and for other theaters like AMC. Also other people might not have access to Costco for 20% off

"$5 voucher" makes it seem like the movie costs $5, versus "$5 off voucher" would provide a $5 discount from the original price.
