These are super versatile if you're in the Ryobi battery system. Great for charging in the car / any misc PD source, turning your batteries into high power USB supply, working with solar, etc.

1. It does charge crazy fast no joke legit. Cause for concern here. It's effective as hell. Gets a lil warm. 2. It and the battery both have pretty decent guard rails. I have two and they're very handy.

Is there any reason to go with the pro max rather than just the pro?

Nice~~~ looking forward to the arrives
I'm too sleepy to read the store page clearly, does it also help charging the Ryobi battery super fast when connected to wall?

Own 2. Paid $36 last time, so price is decent. Have lots of Ryobi so I use this to power up my pinecil soldering iron and exhaust fan (for lead fumes).

Faa.gov
https://www.faa.gov/hazmat/packsa...-batteries
"Passengers can carry most batteries and portable electronic devices, such as laptops, cell phones, vaping devices,
and mobility aids, for their personal use in their carry-on…Lithium-ion batteries are allowed…based on watt hours (Wh). Batter-
ies 0-100 Wh are allowed on passenger aircraft, 101-160 Wh require air carrier approval…"
" Lithium-ion batteries are required to undergo safety testing." <-
" Wh should be marked on the battery… multiply the volts (V) by the amp hours (Ah). Example: A 12-volt battery rated to 8 Ah is rated at 96 Wh
(12 x 8 = 96). For milliamp hours (mAh), divide mAh by 1000 (to get to Ah) and then multiply by the V."

RYOBI 6Ah 18V battery=108Wh

Just FYI this only has usb charging. It doesn't have an outlet like the ryobi official version. Ryobi one has slightly higher power output too

The difference is the output power. Pro: 100/15/15W, Pro Max: 140/45/40W.
