Let's be real about the description. How is a phone that has been out for over 3 years still have a new open box available? It's used, why can't they just list it as used?

Brand new open box. If you dont care about the box being opened, you can save $120 from the earlier deal this week. Comes with 1 year seller warranty. Woot enforces the warranty if there is an issue with the seller, so its a decent warranty.
