if your dual sense drifts it's worth a shot to spray contact cleaner in the potentiometers. might fix it temporarily

Two ways to repair drift:

1. Clean and/or replace the "wiper" inside the potentiometer. This is the fastest way to do it, but will likely need to be done again in the future.
2. My preferred method, swapping the sticks out completely with their non-drift counterparts (Hall Effect or TMR).

I've swapped Hall Effect sticks in over a dozen Switch Pro controllers and they all work beautifully. The process is pretty much identical across all controllers. This is far more difficult as it requires good soldering skills and the appropriate tools to do the job well, but it's well worth it (and the skill comes in handy).
