I notice this has the smart zero fan. I have one of those on my own system and it's completely quiet. The fan doesn't spin at all until the power usage exceeds a threshold.

They were A-tier for the non-A3 variant (bigger fan, 40% vs 30% silent mode, 100% Japan caps, etc.), but Thermaltake seems to be going down the path of enshitifying the Toughpower series.
