Soldered RAM, not upgradeable. Its a shame, this would be an instant buy for me if I could upgrade it to at least 32GB.

Good pricing, why thumb down??
Some ppl need 32G others just need a 14'' premium form factor and this is excellent price point.

spec on paper are amazing, build quality by Asus are also top notch.

however... Asus are riddled with firmware bug and their so call gaming "bloatware" are horrible. sure G-helper (3rd party app that most Asus ROG user used) can help fix it a bit. but Asus QC on applying liquid metal are horrible and whoever wrote the firmware must be someone who worked in GM before. Asus firmware now days are extremely horrible. you can't even do simple web browsing without CPU spiking to like 95C and it start throttling. GPU itself will sit idle at 40c (normal) but CPU just really wanted to cook itself. I bought a Asus router it is also bug to a point like it won't even detect my damn ethernet cable
