Couldn't get the $750 price on desktop pc, had to go to Smasung.com on my mobile device(through Chrome) and the price was the $749. Used PayPal Pay In 4 to get the 20% cashback bringing the total to $600. You have to log in to you PayPal and go to the "Rewards" section, find the 20% cashback offer and "save" it to make it active.
$600 for a 512gb Ultra is a amazing price! Just when I needed a new cell! I've been deal hunting for a couple months. Glad I waited!

I checked the Samsung website source, it looked like the developer wrote the promotion for Chromium-based browsers only such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi, and DuckDuckGo. Other browsers like Firefox and Safari won't see the promotion.

I used my mobile phone to view the offer because the desktop version was showing a higher price ($1,069.xx). On mobile, I was able to check out for $750 + tax, which came to $794.

Before making the purchase, I opened my PayPal app and saved the "20% cash back" Pay Later offer (valid through Dec 8).

When I checked out in the mobile browser, I selected PayPal as my payment method. Under the Pay in 4 option, I didn't see the 20% cashback offer displayed, but I chose it anyway and completed the purchase.

At first, the PayPal website showed the charge with "points pending". After about five minutes, it updated to: "15,900 points pending. Your points are on the way! They should arrive within 90 days".

$750 shows on my account in PC.
I could even click RK for 3% off more.
Placed order using 4 payments. However, Paypal shows the order in activity but Samsung website doesn't show the order placed.

Probably because you weren't eligible for the offer in the first place. Did you see the offer show in your app once you logged in ? OR did you click on the offer in paypal.com website and login to your account.

For me it showed as Saved offer, but when I go under Saved tab the offer is not there. Will that mean it will not work for me?

Same here. It shows up but says Pay in 4 not available for this transaction but does show up as a saved offer. Wondering if anyone else pulled the trigger and the points showed up anyways.

After activating the Pay in 4 promo in PayPal, Samsung does not appear in any Shop Now list.
Visiting the provided Samsung link only shows the $1k price.

Not sure what I did. But after awhile the $750 offer popped up after reloading it a bunch of time. Just kept moving around the color options
