However, lately every Xfinity Mobile deal requires one to switch to their Premium Unlimited plan, which I don't want to do.
Is anyone aware of any way to get in on one of these Xfinity Mobile deals without having to switch plans?
It's not $1100, but more than the $600 you're claiming.
That said, you still have to commit to their unlimited pro plan that's $60/month.
The Google Fi promo is better. The phones are $100 more there, but the credits are way better. They'll only give you $210 trade-in for an 8 Pro or $260 for a 9. But you get $300 off and $500 back in bill credits. So, you can get a 10 Pro for $200, or -$10 if you trade in a Pixel 8 Pro, or $60 if you trade in a Pixel 9. ($200 more for the Pro XL.) Plus, the Unlimited Essentials plan at Fi is only $35 a month, vs $60 for XFinity.
You can sweeten the deal with a 10% off referral (if you're not already signed up to refer others) Or if you are a student, teacher, doctor, nurse, military or veteran (or know someone who is, who will get you a code) with and id.me code. I'd never suggest anyone ask me or anyone else for a referral code.

When I attempt to trade in a Pixel 7 I see $500.
$800 for Pixel 9 Pro.
$700 for Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel 9
I didn't end but biting though, because the fi deal was better. That deal is $300 off the phone, and another $500 over two years of bill credits for new Fi customers (which I am.)
And even with the low $210 back for trade-in of my Pixel 8 Pro, along with a 10% off id.me code, it made the Pixel 10 Pro -$110, after the $500 in bill credits over 2 years. (It would have been $70 for the Pixel 10 Pro XL, but the XL wasn't worth $180 more to me - ($200-10% from the id.me code))
And Fi's Unlimited Essentials plan is $35/month, which is $15/month less than the $50 I'm currently paying for Xfinity Mobile's basic unlimited plan (and this deal is for the Premium Unlimited plan that's $60.) So, I'm saving $360 over two years and getting $110 back for trading up from my current plan and phone.
With this XFinity deal, I'd be paying $10 more a month and still paying $200 for a Pixel 10 Pro or $400 for a 10 Pro XL to upgrade from my Pixel 8 Pro.
NOTE: I should add that if you try to upgrade a phone that you're currently using on XFinity, and you choose the keep your line option, they offer significantly lower trade-in values. But if you select to get a new line, then plug in that phone, you get the trade-in values I mentioned. So, you wouldn't be able to keep your number from your old phone on your new one, unless you could get an Xfinity employee to switch the line to this phone. But that would most likely void your monthly bill credits. So, to get the elevated trade-in values, you would need to get a new line from them, and cancel the old one (when you trade it in.)
Also, note that Xfinity's stated value for your phone is off the full price they're selling it for. So, that includes the $400 discount they're already offering. So, technically, you're only getting $300 for a Pixel 8 Pro or 9, off from what they're offering for the phone without a trade-in. But $800 off retail price (the phone is already discounted $100 from MSRP by Xfinity, plus their current $400 off offer when getting a premium unlimited line, plus $300 more for the trade-in is still a pretty good deal.
It's just that the Fi deal for new customers is even better, at effectively $1010 off.
