Important to note that Prime Video limits Streaming channels to HD quality, so if you subscribe through Prime you won't be able to stream AppleTV content in 4K or anything.

There's also some content on AppleTV that doesn't show up in Prime Video at all, like bonus vignettes, etc.

Just figured I'd mention it since some of that stuff may matter to some people.

at first mine said i couldn't do it because i already had a free trial. then i went back to the home page, clicked refresh on the browser, and clicked the carousel that offered it again and it worked.

what a meh deal... all other streaming services offer much better deals than this and Apple is perhaps the one with the least content right now.

For someone like me who has had access to Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, and Peacock, but has never had an AppleTV sub, I'm more concerned quantity of content I haven't seen yet, not quantity of content, overall. I wouldn't subscribe at full price but, at half price, I might grab it for a few months. I started watching Silo (for free) on Prime and would like to pick it back up. Severance looks good. I'm sure there's enough *unwatched* content there to make it worth $6 a month, to me.

I miss the generous 3 month trial promos. I'll pay $6 just to watch the last seasons of Silo, Severance, and the Foundation. I also heard good things about the F1 movie.
