why these many TD?

isn't M2 Pro for $500 a
better refurbished deal than the recent ebay ones with M1 Pro?

How, why, where can I get an M2 for $350? The best I've seen was an M1 Air for $247. I offered $195.45 and it sold for $200. Even that is a rarity.
