I usually don't ask questions in a deal post but here it goes. I am looking to upgrade/change my home network. Currently using a router from Spectrum for its' 2Gig network. My home is 3700sq ft. and I have at least 30 devices on the network (such as cameras, bulbs and whatnots). Is this network deal an overkill and just get a nice Linksys or which Ubiquiti package do you all recommend? Thanks.

These bundles are to move old U7 pro stock that doesn't sell anymore. And it doesn't sell because it's defective by design. Has a fan that they try their best not to run (because it's loud) allowing the AP to get so hot it discolors the ethernet cable connected to it, and has crappy 2.4ghz performance with IoT clients.
The XG fixed the cooling problem with an inverted metal chassis for convection cooling and no fan, and better designed 2.4Ghz section.

Only the person who manages & pays for the equipment can say it's overkill or not.
Do I feel like a property set up network is overkill? No. UDM SE + UNAS + 2 switches + 2 AP's + 3 cameras and I still want to add more.

You'll get hooked on the Unifi ecosystem lol. I have about 5000 sq ft across 3 floors and I have a UDM-SE, 24 port switch, 5 Access Points (mix of U6 In-wall, U6 Pro, and U7 Pro) and some smaller stuff (POE over 2-wire, Flex Mini). It's so much fun to setup. Getting some cameras and setting up an NVR as well. No such thing as overkill with Unifi items. They have an awesome floor plan feature too so you can plan accordingly. https://design.ui.com/projects
Update: Asked to swap to either U7 pro Wall or XG instead of the 2x U7 pros on bundle discount (obviously paying the price difference) and was denied just fyi - YMMV
However bundling more APs to a recent eligible purchase with receipt was smooth.
Do it. I went from Nest/Google to an entire Unifi setup and I don't regret anything. Everything is easy to control, locally ran, and no subscriptions.
Does unifi give you face detection? Is there any feature in Google Nest that you miss? Google has truly neglected the Nest product. I have 4 nest cams and would like to move to ubiquiti.

As long as you get the G4 and above cameras that support AI modes, yes, you can get face/person, car, animal detections.

Yes they have face detection. They also have vehicle, animal, and more. I have G5s and a couple AI Pros. I've been thinking about adding one of the new G6 turret cameras in my garage to replace the cameras included with my garage door openers. There isn't anything I miss about Nest cameras other than not having everything in one app with my thermostat lol But since they moved things from Nest to Google Home I couldn't stand it anyway.
