FYI. I am an existing customer on unlimited flex annual with the service ending in about 25 days. I chatted with the CS and they told they can switch me to the promo plan (either starter or premium) but that would require me to give up remaining days on my current flex plan so that they can start the new plan today.
Thy keep saying the promo plan ends in few hours, but this keeps extending.

I changed 4 lines for my family to US Mobile about 2 months ago (coming from Mint). We're all having a poor experience with their service. We have Pixel 7a, 2x9, and a Pixel 10. Myself, my spouse and our kids are constantly experiencing no service both when shopping around town, at school and home. We're on the Dark Star network, which according to the maps shows full strong 5G coverage in our cities which have 500K+ people.

The poor coverage is INFURIATING!!! I wish we hadn't purchased a year of service. Even with the BOGO promotion and the cheap price, this is by far the worst service I've experienced.

We commonly have 5-10 second delays to load websites on US Mobile. Their service also doesn't seem to be reliable with making calls on WiFi. I have a strong mesh based WiFi (Ubiquity), so I know this is poor service from US Mobile and extremely lower network priority.

My advice would be to STAY AWAY! It may only be worth it for free and you'll still be frustrated.
What carrier did you have before? US mobile gives you the option to use the towers of any US carrier. If you are having issues, contact US mobile and request to switch networks.

Infimobile has Black Friday offer $60 a year (yes full year!) for 5Gb a month with 2500 min talk and 2500 text monthly. Or $99 a year for unlimited data. Definitely the best deal in this class! I have used them for a year now no issues. Use coupon code NHC480U for extra $5 back!

If you're looking for the basics, Infini is a good option. US Mobile comes with features like a hotspot, international calling/texting, roaming, and others.

I agree with you on this 100%. I am also in the same situation as you. Unfortunately, this is my last time using their network.

Yes, these annual plan deals are risky when you can't be sure stuff will work as expected.

You're probably at fault as well not understanding what network you were on, what network plan you purchased and thus are stuck.

IDK how it works if you want to transfer to another network when you originally bought a network specific deal. I'm sure the chat people will help you, but it'll definitely cost you more. You might luck out though if you chat during these BF deals? It might be cheaper?

I'm betting you bought Dark Star exclusive deal. That is their name for ATT network. Think about what provider you had before you switched, if it worked good? Choose that network. Light speed is their name for T-Mobile and Warp is Verizon.

Chat with them, if chat doesn't help go to the subreddit and make a post. They should be able to help you especially if you have newer phone with eSim.

Dark Star is AT&T towers. If you were happy on mint, they use Tmobile - switch us mobile over to Light Speed. That should use tmobile towers.

I got one premium for 299 and one for 167 with multi-networks add-on. I wonder which one works better after all.

How is it a sale if the clock resets everyday? Must be their lock in target acquisition price

The activation w/port-in is super frustrating on the us mobile side. Website says "all done" but us mobile esim never got configured. Took hours of really awful slow incompetent ridiculous inept customer support to sort it out. Hate US MOBILE on day one - pay more go elsewhere or stay where you are.
