This is split phase
Price is good for this bundle but wires and battery rack and bus bars and breakers will add more to the cost, plus installation parts, electrician labor and expertise. Honestly if I were just looking to do a 12KW split phase system, I would look very hard at a pair of Anker F3800/F3800+ with a home power panel, and for additional energy storage using these 48V rack batteries (via modified expansion battery cable). With Black Friday pricing it's pretty even.
