I've had this for years. I put it under my standing desk top make it into a impromtu standing desk. I works fine, without an issue. Even have it be able to turn on and off using Home Assistant and a IF transmitter/receiver.
It's was already sub 200 dollars before, and now this is even cheaper. Set your expectations for an office walking treadmill and you won't be disappointed.
