Had I not just bought a 16, I'd be all over this. I gave up looking for a deal just like this for the last year.

Only downside is that this is probably not an IPS screen - sadly, Asus makes it very difficult to find the screen specs.

I bought this last November for the same price. It's a good laptop. the hinge broke last week and searching online it seems to be somewhat common. Probably worth the extended warranty unless you rarely open or close it. I put a glass screen saver on it and that improved the screen appearance. I also added more memory.

All Vivobook 17s come with IPS panels as far as I can tell.
