Can confirm. Alternative Billing shows up inconspicuously under "Renew subscription". $2.99 for the lowest tier with ads. Says "Black Friday deal", valid till December 1st. For new / lapsed subscribers, I guess.

Thanks. It worked for me on iPhone app. I logged in and towards the bottom is a button saying alternate billing. Click that and the Black Friday 2.99/month for 12 months shows up. Billed through Apple.
