Worked on pixel phone, had deal from last year bf which had expired in may

this is for 1 year better than last years 6 months imho

next year by this time max will be owned by Netflix or Paramount who knows

Worked on my Android through browser, account has been lapsed for about 7 months. Not going to sub though, only want it to watch cycling which looks like is only available starting with standard plan

Its a nice deal, thanks OP for posting. Seems to me the best way to watch TV is to wait for these promos to come up and sign up and cancel right at promos end.

I just put on Superman via the HBO app. There was three ad breaks within the first hour or so. It's pretty.
And the movie itself is terrible, so I'm glad I only spent $3 to figure that out.

I'm going to watch an episode Task and The Sopranos later on and I'll report back.

Good deal if you can stomach the ad tier. Ads on HBO Max are pretty terrible. The Disney Hulu & HBO bundle for 33/mo seems like the best ad-free option at the moment.
