Edit: The $10 allotment can be used for anything online and in-store, but if you use these EB, it won't count toward the free shipping minimum, and it won't count toward 'spend X to get Y back' online, unless you use it in the store. So expect surprises with this allotment as it's not... always treated as equal to cash.
So, yes, you're getting $120 in EB for $24 in real dollars, but to CVS, these EB are not always equal to cash.
