I have this impact driver. Paid $220 at the beginning of this year. For this price its worth it. It makes way less noise than my other drills when driving. It doesn't go as fast as my other drills but w.e. 1 second longer to drive is no big deal. I like it and recommend it

Torque is lower on hydraulic impacts, but directly comparing the torque is not a fair comparison since regular drivers make brief, high-torque impacts whereas hydraulics make longer, lower-torque impacts. The easiest way to compare is to find YouTube side-by-side comparisons that cover the use-case you are interested in. In general, the DCF870 comes out with similar performance to the DCF850 but not as good as the DCF860, and much quieter than either. But again, depending on your specific use-case (e.g., small wood screws vs lags), YMMV.
