PSA: If you don't need the Hulu and happen to live near a Krogers, you can get Kroger Boost membership (free same day delivery) + Disney included for $50 for 1 year (Black Friday, half off membership price). That's like $4 a month. I already get Hulu for $1.99 with student discount, so I went the Kroger route instead

TY for sharing. Will still do this but it's a tougher call at $5. Hulu is worth $0 to me and Disney Plus is iffy, at best.

It seems Capital One is offering $5 back on this deal for anyone who's wondering.
Can you pl. provide steps to take to get that? Thanks in advance.

Anyone still having problems with the American Express Blue Cash everyday? I still can't sign up
What issues are you having? I just signed up with my BCE with a new email and it worked just fine, even though my BcE is still tied to my older account (which I just cancelled).

It says that they're not able to process my payment. I contacted Disney chat and they said it is a known issue and that they're working on it.

I just realized what I did. @ebusch already mentioned this way earlier in the thread. I used the virtual card number of my credit card (which is what was saved in my Google pay that auto filled the details) when signing up with a new email. And my old account had the actual card number attached to it, not the virtual. This is probably why it worked without issues. You should give this a try!

You may also need to use a different credit card. If your card supports it, a virtual card number makes this easy.
Just pushing this back up in thread.

Good theory! In my case, I used a brand new email address and I have never used that Amex on Disney plus before. However, I wonder maybe I should use the virtual number from Google pay and see if that works. I'll give it a go tomorrow. Thanks for the reminder

I received Hulu for 99 cents ($0.99) per month last year. Cancelled a couple months ago. The ads are atrocious and so long. I rarely viewed Hulu and actually only wanted it to watch the last season of Handmaid's Tale. I have zero interest in Disney.

I've tried virtual numbers. I've tried gmail trick. I've tried everything that has been mentioned here. BCP card just won't work.

Strictly for my own personal enlightenment and educational purposes, is this a free publicly available DNS server or should I pay for a subscription?
Totally free to connect to AdGuard's DNS servers. Note that you have to set this up by device. Or you could set your wifi to go through AdGuard's DNS, but that's a bit more involved.

I added AdGuard DNS to my router but I'm still getting Hulu ads… Not sure what I'm missing here.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing with Hulu. For some reason it blocks Disney+ but not Hulu. Not sure why. I never cared (when I was testing) bc all Hulu content can now be seen on Disney+

Same bundle was $2.99 plus tax last year for reference.
This. when it was time to cancel or pay $10 a month, they offered me $4 a month for 4 months. After that period they refused any further discounts.

Says only for new members. When I cancelled my subscription and try making an account with a new email it keeps saying error. Any way around this?
Need to wait one month after cancelling for this to work. At least that's how it was last year.
