Businesses are required to collect sales tax in states where they have a nexus (e.g., physical business location). Fasteners have physical locations in CA (where they collect sales tax), OR (where there is not sales tax) and NV (I'm not sure what's going on there).

I bought this earlier this year for $99 free shipping and no tax...Thought I was sticking a pretty fat hog...Now I am looking for DeWalt tools to use these batteries for something useful...I thought they would be able to be used with my old Black & Decker tools, but the ADAPTERS PROVED TO BE A BUNCH OF USELESS CRAP!
