Meh, I ordered one in the past from Amazon Resale / Warehouse, and it had Find My locked to another Apple ID. Just be aware of the gamble you're taking.

I can see this happening for a Resale of Apple products. It's the hassle of returning and getting another one not knowing the same thing might happen.

maybe my pants are too tight but i don't see how this thing wouldn't annoyingly come off the phone easily when putting phone in/out of pocket.
