Is this a good deal?
DRAMless the 2TB drive has known issues with HMB on Windows 11 24H2 and newer it requires firmware update to fix it or it can corrupt the data and bluescreens.

You generally don't need DRAM on NVMe Gen 4 drives unless you're handling very specific workloads like server databases or 4K/8K video editing. Thanks to HMB support, DRAMless NVMe drives perform significantly better than SATA ones, largely mitigating the drawbacks of not having onboard DRAM.
2TB -- $124 ='s Nope!
2TB -- $94.99 ='s Yep!
All gen 4 drives = 48.99 per TB!
All gen 3 drives = 24.99 per TB!
Make it so kids. Artificially inflating price does not create more value. All modern tech drops in price over time, it does NOT inflate, regardless of supposed demand! Make it so kids.
YMMV, but my local walmart has had 1x of these on clearance for awhile. I bought it last week for $80+tax.
Might want to check your local WalMart's electronics dept. and clearance aisle,
