Was really hoping Kohl's would have the the es701 (Pro) model for $600 like on sharkninja site, or even $635 like every other retailer. Would've have been worth it with the Kohls cash. But somehow the matched the es601 price, but es701 price is stuck at retail price.

Folks, get a breville barista express before spending this much on a ninja appliance. Ninja products get dirty in spots you can't access to clean and will be in the dump inside of 2 years.

The one on sale in this thread is not the pro. It's a slight step down from what you have from Costco. The main difference between the three is that the Costco version has the thicker cool touch wand so milk doesn't dry on it, and it includes the single shot basket. Otherwise, the Costco version is the same as the one in this thread. The pro version has the thicker milk wand, has a built in tamper and has a hot water dispenser. It may also have some extra drink settings but I'm not sure about that.

Got the ES701 last week from Ninja on the $457 deal. Was delivered next day since its ships from socal . So far really impressed with it. I also have a breville 870xl and a jura but this machine is really impressive. It is one step removed from going to a coffee shop. My only task is to mix the milk and coffee and drink it. It takes care of everything else (determining the grind of the beans, determining when beans are changed and evaluating grind, frothing milk and stopping when done, specifying different types of milk etc etc). And the cleanup is almost nothing compared to the Jura which requires a ton of daily cleanup if using milk. The breville is still a great machine but I feel like this Ninja builds on the Breville and then takes it ahead 2 steps.

Kohls offered me an additional 10% off which essentially brought the cost down around $300 (wife will easily spend the Kohl cash before Dec 10th). Although I had my heart set on the pro, this was just too good to pass up.
