Just to avoid confusion. The other codes will work right away if you put them in, the 25SOP won't be activated until later on.

Goto Paypal account->rewards and find 20% off reward and save it.
In Samsung website, on the phone page, select your options and for payment choose one time payment. Then add to cart. In cart you see checkout and paypal icons. Click on paypal and choose Pay in 4.
Note: Before adding to cart, you will see pay in 4 but thats not the right option for this promotion. There you just choose one time payment.
I went through all this and still got denied by paypal, so i ordered with out it.
