Basically you either have to be a Samsung, employee, a student, a military member (I think), or part of an affiliated organization. I'm a AAA member, which qualifies for the discount. You just need to use the AAA website and login using a special link to activate the savings.

I think the more important part of this version of the deal is that the 1TB is on sale for 869+ taxes

Because it's not dead. I literally see the price for $730 right now.
Is it only for EPP/EDU?
I have the military discount but the price shows as $860 for me.

Pay in 4 option is not available to me.. somehow its showing suspiscious activity.
Have read about a few people getting cash back points by going through normal paypal installments mode?
Does it work? Can somone guide me on this. Help will be very much appreciated.

If you received and saved the offer in your paypal account

and

you put all the eggs in your basket at the samsung site

and

You feel like you have a purchase worth getting

then

when you choose payment method in the checkout at samsung choose PayPal

when the PayPal window opens choose Pay Later, Pay Monthly and follow through to complete the purchase

No points will show up through the checkout. Once you have a confirmed purchase from samsung, go back and open your paypal account and look at your activity and you should see the transaction and points pending. They should be pending pretty much right away, but give it a little time before getting nervous.

I was able to replicate the deal, but the phone just feels too big in my hand. Now I have to decide whether to return it or sell it

I tried contacting their CS but they were no help. I see the same price on both the app and the browser.

They just tell you that in chat for the good survey, then email you it's not possible. Same thing happened to me.
Paypal said it is available for one time purchase (the pay in 4) but not for all transactions. It was available for me to purchase the watch 8 seperately, but not available for me to purchase the phone. Either way, I added the 25 ultra, and then added the watch 8 no lte and trade in my 23ultra, and I got phone down to 481 and watch to 196. I'm happy with that.

First payment made with pay in 4 using PayPal. Cash back points are pending, will PayPal revoke the pending points if the phone is not shipped by the end of the 20% offer even though first payment is made?

The best I see is 764.99 for the D25 Ultra 512GB. Code is accepted but the price remains unchanged.

Pay in 4 doesn't seem to work with trade in purchases.

Yeah, I dunno what it does and doesnt work on. I didnt use it for this purchase. Used it for a previous purchase anyway. I tried, but could never get it to allow me to use the pay in 4 option .

Break this down in more detail please
New EPP (NOT EDU) account from searching here and messaging the guy. This is a never-used account.
Fresh install of Samsung Shop App on a non-Samsung phone (so it isn't trying to use my real Samsung account).
Add the phone to the cart, then go add Galaxy buds pro 3 from search, not add-ons.
Add the 3 promo codes here with spaces after them
25SOPNOV10 SDECHAN25KARI ESO7009W36UL
Generate a referral code from another account and add it.
Opening on desktop takes off the app discount, so I played with adding and removing to cart a few times from mobile and desktop. Eventually, the price appears to decrease. There isn't an exact science to it.

This is ridiculous - 1TB was $740 in my cart, but once I clicked "PayPal", it became $832.

Edit: it seems if I clicked "check out" and then chose "PayPal", it would stay at $740. At what step would I see the final price after 20% with Pay in 4? Or it would be the same price and I would only see the cb at a later time? The 20% pay in 4 promotion ends next week, but wouldn't only the first payment be qualified for the CB?
Had the online chat with Samsung and they told me that currently PayPal is rejecting the coupon for some reason. They now have temporarily removed PayPal from payment methods, and they are working on fixing it. Perhaps in a couple of hours we can retry.

Solid response. Do you happen to remember what the price was before the discounts or discount codes? The know the EPP had a set lower price. I ask because my first responder discount knocks it down to 730 but no codes work. I'm wondering if I can get a better deal going a different route.

730 was the lowest I could get to on EDU for phone only, and 730ish was what I think it was on EPP before codes, although it kept jumping to 818 with the Buds. It's really crazy, but adding and removing codes, phone and buds, letting the EPP session expire and then logging back eventually seems to get that low. Unfortunately, the breakdown doesn't show what code does what. Was 738 after my tax, minus 150-ish for Paypal 20%, sell the buds for $150 ish and I'm at 400 and change. Hopefully, I can sell my S24FE for around $300, and I'm at maybe $ 150 OTD.

Did you actually check out and pay that amount?

I've gotten that far and when i went to pay for it, the cost changed. The codes were removed - raising the price.
