1. Register for new EPP account.

Edit: I tried using PayPal credit to get the promo, but it didn't show pending points, so I cancelled. Would love to figure out how to get this to work with the Pay-in-4.

Also, it did not work on the app for me, but worked on the website.
Edit: Saw confirmation on paypal site 30 minutes payment details that 20% cashback points will be credited soon.
