US Mobile's annual Unlimited Premium deal is mainly a low-cost way to get T Mobile based Light Speed service with unlimited talk, text, data, and 20 GB of monthly international data. The plan can be activated later, but the promo page says the line must be activated within 30 days and stay on Light Speed for the year. Multi Network can be added for backup coverage on Verizon or AT&T, though it uses a separate number and may be limited by device support. The main tradeoff is being locked to T Mobile priority and coverage, which matters in congested or weak signal areas.

Can somebody please explain what does this "Unlimited Premium Multi-Network Add-On" mean?

Does this mean, US mobile primary line can be switched between diff networks? or Does it adds an additional line to the primary line?
How it works is you have two lines of service, your primary line and a secondary line, each on different networks. Both lines have their own phone number and you can use talk, text or data on both.

Most phones will let you pick a default line for data, and separately a default line for text/etc.

Can someone explain to me how this works for current monthly subscribers? Do you purchase a new line and apply the new plan before your existing plan expires in x days?
It doesn't, this deal is only for new lines of service (numbers which haven't been active on US Mobile for at least 30 days, AIUI).

You can creat 1 account for all your family lines. But you have to purchase individual plans for each line or shared pool per GB.
If you do an additional line with shared pool, can that additional user tap into your unlimited data or only the additional purchased data?

I'd like to know this too (with Visible you cannot). To expand on this question, can both lines use BF67?

I got the answer from support:

This special promotion requires a port-in from another carrier. You'll need to be on the Light Speed throughout the plan

Annual Unlimited Premium – $167

Promo code: BF67
Eligibility: Port-ins only (Light Speed)
Network transfers: Fully blocked
Limit: 3 lines per household
Port-in Policy: Number must not have been with us within the last 30 days.
Tile Eligibility: 30 days after purchase.
You will have to purchase the plan for one line at a time.

I'm currently on Xfinity Mobile Unlimited Base plan for free. Can someone please let me know which is better in terms of data performance. I'm on $40 bundle but I rather leave as I'm sick of their customer service.

Wow this is a great deal if it is really 167 + 45 = $212 for the multi-network add-on. I just jumped on Visible but haven't activated yet. Hmmm maybe I should not activate! All 3 networks for $18/month is incredible.
I see infomobile comes out cheaper for 10 GB Plan

Here is another US mobile promo (Cyber Monday?): https://slickdeals.net/f/18900715-us-mobile-12-months-unlimited-premium-lightspeed-t-mobile-with-mae...

How do the two promos compare? The other promo includes a phone - is it a better deal or does it complicate things?
I tried getting the promo with the phone but it wouldn't let me get 50% off the multi-network add on. Seems like that is the difference.

Who has question on Multi-Network Add on.. here is the answer from us mobile rep:

Abbas
Abbas here, How may I help?
Hi qq. what does this "Unlimited Premium Multi-Network Add-On" mean?
Abbas
Sure lemme share how that works
How It Works:

• This add-on provides a backup line on a different network from your primary one. • For example, if your primary network is Darkstar but the signal is weak in your office, you can instantly switch to your backup line on Warp or Light Speed for better coverage. • Both lines come with unlimited data, with premium data shared between them, along with unlimited talk and text

However, some people mistakenly believe that the multi-network line will share the same number as the main line. That is not the case.

With this add-on, you will receive a new number and an entirely separate line. It serves as a backup and offers the flexibility of having an additional line on a different network.

My phone (Motorola Thinkphone) only has one physical SIM and no eSIMs. My understanding is I wouldn't be able to do the multi-network add-on as that requires multiple SIMs. Is that correct?
Hello! I am a fellow Motorola Thinkphone user! (I also have the model trim that is one physical SIM and no eSIMs....bought it during the Motorola USA clearance in 2023 or 2024). Here's what I read at usmobile dot com/esim "You can now get any US Mobile plan without a physical SIM card, and all you need is an eSIM-compatible device."

Here's my thought on how to get multi-network working: there is a physical SIM solution that holds multiple eSIM profiles from a company called esim dot me. The device adds eSIM capabilities to a non-natively eSIM capable phone (such as the Motorola Thinkphone) (They ship from Germany and it was expensive, like 85+ euro for the deluxe CARD that allows you to use it on multiple makes and models of phone and store up to 15 eSIM profiles. I bought one (to use in a Samsung Galaxy A14 and to experiment in other non-eSIM devices like a ThinkPad laptop w/ mobile chip) and you need to pay tariffs to DHL before they release the package to your final shipping destination in the United States.
The physical CARD solution works well (and is packaged professionally in a retail sleeve) and enabled the test Samsung Galaxy A14 to use an Airalo eSIM data package while traveling in Asia. The companion eSIM Google Play Store app allows the user to add and switch from eSIM profiles on the fly. From that experience, I would surmise that US Mobile's Multi-Network add-on can work as long as each discrete network is a unique eSIM profile. The physical CARD and companion eSIM app will help you add and switch networks.
on another topic, what is your usage opinion of the ThinkPhone?
I like the side action button to launch a specific app (side button also present on the Motorola Edge 2024) and have been experimenting with Smart Connect (Moto's Samsung Dex equivalent) to connect the ThinkPhone to an external monitor via HDMI cable and paired phone with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Wirelessly casting video signal to a tv (via MiraCast) introduces too much input lag, so I went with the HDMI cable. IMO A nice portable workstation solution option for short term or emergency productivity use but has its limitations with app multi-tasking and I could not use it as a daily driver workstation (yet).

This starts on Friday, is there an end date?
I think it ends at conclusion of Cyber Monday December 1, at 11:50pm Pacific Time. I used the coupon code BF67 at 11:10pm Pacific Time on Decembe 1 and the $167 promo price came thru
