Update: Just had a chat with the rep. It seems like for this particular offer, the terms might be different since they are not ready to disclose any of the details. I'll update once I've got any solid information from them.
That's what I did when I grabbed the Visible deal last month
"Offer expires 11/30/2025. Offer valid on first payment only. Must make first recurring payment by 11/30/2025. Offer only valid on purchase made directly with the merchant. Offer valid one time only. Offer valid online only. Offer not valid on purchase made using third-party services or a third-party payment account (e.g., buy now pay later). Offer only valid on U.S. purchase. It is possible that the merchant may split your purchase into multiple transactions."
I assume it's the same for Amex but I don't have a card with them so not 100% sure on that.

Personally I wouldn't use text 2FA because it's not secure, I use an authenticator app. This is good info though for people who do.
does it mean that light speed will be better in a congested area?
However, the coverage is slightly poorer in my area (93% for light speed and 95% for warp)
