US Mobile offers all three networks, but this one is specifically for their Light Speed network, which is on T-Mobile. The "Multi-Network Addon" allows you to add a 2nd/3rd line on the other networks if you want (so your main would port into the T-Mobile network, but you can have a secondary on AT&T or Verizon).

How is US Mobile coding the credit card transactions now days? Is it coded as telecommunications so I get 5% on my Chase Ink Cash?

Also, just to clarify. If I purchase today and activate on Christmas then I have one year from then?

The annual plan is more accurately 360 days (30 days per cycle x 12 cycles)

I need to port four lines over. I cannot figure out if I should purchase four separate 167 plans or should purchase them in consolidated manner at one go. Any suggestions?

For multiple lines, separate accounts works. Would also recommend that for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc lines to use the referral code from the prior accounts to get an extra $25
