I was able to get a Red Pocket e-SIM number for $7.78 and successfully ported it in to Metro. Plus Metro total of $165.24. All in with eSIM port-in and Metro is $173.02. Now we wait for it to unlock lol

I got this promotion 2 days ago, I had to call 5 different stores around my area, all them were charging $400 - $500 price out of the door. Only on one I was able to get $300. They asked me for my ID and I had to verify myself with a selfie scanner, just like the website. FYI

The cricket deal is $50 for the phone and $120 for two months of service. In order to be eligible for unlock, the phone needs to have service for another 4 months. How is it possible to just pay $50 to get the phone from cricket, activate it, immediately cancel the service, and the phone can still be unlocked later?

Helium port out is pretty simple, just get the free plan, get the app, cancel service in the app and select to port out, get pin, done...I did Helium>Cricket and it worked like a charm but I am not sure Helium>Metro works since both are TMO.
